Answer: All orders ship from our Calgary, Alberta, Canada warehouse.

Question: How soon after I place my order will it be shipped? 

Answer: In most cases, if you place your order by 12 PM (Mountain Time) your order will ship out that day. After 12 PM, your order will ship out the following business day. Orders with a very large number of different items may take longer to process. Please note that we are open Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4 PM, closed weekends and holidays.

Question: How quickly will I get my items?

Answer: That depends on where you live and the method of shipping you select. It will usually range from 1 to 5 days. Overnight shipping is possible and if you're in a rush, we suggest you call our office.
